Harbor Inn Apartments

I would give zero Stars if I could. Harbor Inn Apartments did a bait and switch with their website that stole $2,985 worth of rent and then continue to ask me for paying for rent. Once my contract is through I'm moving out.

I love the manager there. She is so sweet and she gets things done.

I would not recommend moving to this property. I moved in, in Feb 2023, had a leak from the ceiling vent (AC) it took them over a month to come in and fix it. The carpet is still messed up. All they did was put an air blower in to dry the carpet and never came back to fix the soiled carpet. There is a huge water spot still on the carpet today & it's September 2023, months later. The new property manager Zakilla Hobbs is unprofessional and has a nasty attitude when speaking to people. Just nasty. Neighbors are drug addicts not a place for children.

I received a renewal of the lease, but two weeks later no explanation, or a write-up EVER, and was informed that management wasn't renewing my lease. This was an extremely stressful time in my life, my Grandmother had just died. and she was the MATRIARCH and my life line my only family member. During a time when you expect management to be understanding and have COMPASSION .....NO, I requested an extension and was told NO.... I have lived here for about 5 years, I have seen management come and go and I never really had a problem until now. I lived there in 1975 (yes really). It was pretty good, not luxury but not the worst either. Neighbors were working class and friendly. We had a big Easter egg hunt and everyone came. Y'all probably don't do things like that anymore. On the whole, it was fine, decent management that took care of things. Pool was nice. The grounds look exactly the same from the picture as in 1975, even the name hasn't changed. Have a blessed day.
