Katie has been an absolute godsend. We enrolled in her services just over a year ago with the hope that we’d never actually need to use them. While we self-manage our rental property, being remote sometimes requires having someone reliable on the ground locally. Before Hurricane Helene, we had Katie visit our villa to secure the property, place sandbags, and take photos. Thankfully, we did. Unfortunately, the storm left us with 18 inches of water in our home. As soon as the bridge reopened, Katie was there to assess the damage and document everything with photographs. She truly felt like an angel amidst the chaos that Siesta Key experienced after the storm. Her rates were also extremely reasonable, and the detailed "before and after" photos she provided made the insurance process so much

Katie treats our home like it is her very own. With every visit she provides follow-up with pics and notes. I have a Condo in Sarasota but I live in CT. Happy Home Watch was recommended to me prior to the hurricanes. It was extremely last minute, they went to condo and moved all my outdoor furniture and secured the condo. They also went back after storms, and put everything back. Katie is very thorough, reports back in detail, even with photos! I am grateful to have found Happy Home Watch! I can not recommend them enough!

Katie is excellent at what she does. She is organized, efficient, flexible when a visit needs to be changed or added and is a real professional. She is the best "home watch" person I have ever used for several condominiums owned over the years. She spots issues I would miss and sends pictures or videos after every visit which is very helpful to see conditions in "real time".I would recommend her without hesitation.
