I’ve been helping my brother get an apartment at this location and Adison has been amazing. Her customer service skills are on point. She is kind, patient, and very helpful. She makes you feel comfortable and finds a way to work with you the best she can and will work and comunícate with her team to find a solution when needed. I appreciate her help in my brothers move in process.

This year, the recent company, but still they got the same staff members working for the new company, they have been putting me and my parents through deep poverty by charging too much for water and sewer each month, and because of that, I have to find ways to really conserve water here. This is not the way to live on your own even with your parents. This is why I wish I afford to live in a townhouse where I can install my own outdoor antennas and a nice wireless weather station. Over here? They don't even allow you subscribe to satellite TV and Internet services, they want you to worship the cable and fiber optic companies rather you like it or not. If I could I will give them 0 stars. Very unprofessional here they don't call u. Let u know anything it has been over a month. Since I put in an application here. They still have not done my screening for my background check which I payed for. Every time I called I have been constantly told different things.That it was undergoing and now to find out it was never screened. They just basically take your money. I have never ever been through this before with no rental properties it's ridiculous. Don't waist your time or money renting from here. If it was a cooperate number I would definitely call cause they are not doing their jobs need to be shut down smh.

I have been living here for two years and ima just say this was the worse apartment complex I have ever stayed in. Nothing ever gets fixed. Mind you a maintenance man stays on the property but can never fix anything. He will literally send the new maintenance men who don’t know anything to fix it. There is a rat in the building right now and it can come and go out of my apartment when it likes because nobody will come fix the whole in my wall that the contractor left when they put a new tub in back in June 2025. The roaches are out of this world. I have been asking for three months to be put on the list for treatment. But perusal I have to go outta my way and bomb or keep buying raid! Living here is horrible I can’t even cook in my kitchen in peace without the roaches thinking it’s party t

I visited this place and it was infested with roaches. It was so horrible, their way of treating it was putting down sticky mess to catch it. Like what!!? They were even inside the oven clock! On top of that the cabinets were just painted over no care what so ever. Sliding doors broken won’t close all the way. Like what kind of complex is this. They need to really get it together. It deserves zero stars if I’m being honest. People are really paying to live under those conditions is just sad!
