Hampton Place

New owners, Beacon Properties Management, does great job maintaining the property. Curt, Complex manager is very attentative and dedicated to tenants needs. He is always available to address the concerns of residents. He drives thru and checks on the property several times a week, and don't mind to to stop by and chit chat. I have lived here for 3 years, and love it. Conviniently located with easy access to everything you might need.

We love living here. Since Beacon Management took over, the experience has gotten even better. Curt does a great job checking up on us tenants. And anytime service is needed, it is super quick. You'll love it here too!!

Couldn't ask for a better experience with selling our home & finding a rental at Hampton Place Condos in Morton IL. Management is spot on! Hampton Place is a great community and the property manager Curt is extremely responsive to any requests or issues that come up. Here's why I would recommend Hampton Place: - great location (convenient when commuting and right next to the bike trail) - lawn care and snow removal are handled for you (including salting sidewalks/driveways so you don't have to worry about ice) - units are nice and up-to-date - quiet neighborhood - two stall garage and driveway to match (always a plus) - full basement (mine is unfinished but still a great place for storage/exercise equipment) - very close to grocery stores (Kroger and Walmart) - pets are allowed - the units have a lot of natural light due to large windows in each room and sliding door in the living room - units feel pretty spacious - lots of p

I have been at my address since June, 2006; the original owner was Mr. Getz and we had to take care of yard maintenance and winter clearing of our drives. My mailbox was hit several times by street cleaning equipment. When Hampton Place was sold to Oak Lawn all maintenance was done by them and they put in a new dishwasher for me; Beacon had to replace my water heater in January 2021. Both replacements done very promptly. In 2014 a new Logic Board was put in my garage and in April of 2017 all new smoke alarms were installed. I have been very satisfied all these years and used to walk daily and knew most of the residents; now I only know a few as I can no longer take those walks but I am truly appreciative of living here!
