They are foucing resident out for dumb reasons so they can make MINOR changes and up the rent. I obtained a two bedroom apaprtment that barely has enough room to turn around in. Management will try and play you like a fool if you allow them. Maintenence is SKETCHY! They either hit on you or in other resident homes NOT doing work orders. ALL RESIDENTS ARE NOT TREATED THE SAME!
Management isn't proactive. Visitors and/or tenants have to fight for parking spots. Apartments constantly have bugs, etc coming out of nowhere.
They should make a pool in that big empty grass place
