I love this apartments here they very spacious and also if anything need to be fixed, they fix it one time they don’t make you wait the downer is if you a medical patient for marijuana or if you smoke cigarettes, there is no smoking of any time in these apartments or outside of these apartments complex in if you or whoever visiting, you, fail to comply with your lease because it is in your lease that you cannot smoke in these apartment complex, but is good for those that are looking for somewhere to live that does not smoke. This is a wonderful place and the main office staff are great

I don't recommend anyone to live here. The whole building is full of rats. They make holes all over the walls. The service sucks and they try every way possible to not give you your security deposit back once you move out. They put complaints for stupid reasons. You supposedly have a reserved parking spot just for your car but you gotta keep calling towing to remove other cars from your spot. You can't even walk around your apartment without neighbors banging on their ceiling towards your floor. Also the A/C isn't turned on until they feel it's hot enough outside(middle of the summer, not so good). My kids noses were bleeding from so much heat inside the apartments just because they don't want to turn the A/C on. My thermometer would read 90 degrees inside the apartment. This place totall

Pros- Hampshire west overall is a great place for starters. The management is amazing, working around the clock to keep the community very clean. They address issues in the apartments right away. The leasing staff is also superb, answering non-stop questions and are very well tentative. Cons - The finishes/appliances/paint and such are very cheap for what we pay. The insulation is very thin, so I can hear every little bit of my neighbor's conversation.. the smell as well. Parking: very inconvenient. There are plenty of guest parking, but it involves "registering" the guest's car for over night stay. It is difficult to manage because I dont always plan my visits. Each household gets 7 guests passes/month which is very little.

First, I just want to say parking here is terrible. If you live on the 1500s side of the complex, when there is no spaces available, most residents have to resort to parking in the church parking lot and still risk getting their car towed. And second of all, the mice in the complex are just ridiculous. If you look closely, you can find mouse poop on the floors and in the apartments. Advice to management, keep your community happy by listening to them and ensuring that no rodents are seen inside and out of the complex. Life is not about fees and trying to get more money out of them, because I can assure you that something will happen if you keep it up.

Guaranteed , I lived here for more the two years , they towed my car for 3 times , I paid 600 dollar for it , if u have two car , don’t move here, when I was leaving this place , they charge 1200 dollar for damages, we did not damage even nothing , during summer time they did not turn the Ac on , my 1 year daughter was very sick because of that and I paid lots of money to doctor . During winter there do the same thing . The manager Bonita , she is a rude lady ?? Jeniffer will talk to you very nicely, but she is the one who plays all the game here . She towed my car for three times . So I aready suffered a lot and lost my money.
