Wow!! 2 years + and Catherine’s patience, with my wife and me, as we looked on line, asked a lot of questions, and went on many tours of properties, was amazing!! Her help to allow us to transition from Jersey to Maryland, and to begin retirement, was limitless and so beneficial that I can not even find the best words to review her. I worked with Catherine Soffronoff when I needed a real estate agent to sell my condominium at Leisure World, MD. She was recommended by a friend who knew of her experience at Leisure World. Catherine worked very well with me and my two adult daughters. She demonstrated her expertise and her ability to work with people. She helped me sell my condo and explore the options to buy my next home in Leisure World. We completed the sale and purchase in a very reasonable time, but I never felt rushed. She answered all my questions and found answers to those not readily available. Catherine is a competent and caring agent. I was very satisfied and glad I found her to work with me.

Catherine is both a wonderful person and realtor. She helped us with our first home-buying process in Fall 2021. We knew very little about all the ins and outs, and she guided us through all the processes, vocabulary, etc. She helped make the process less overwhelming. We had a great experience working with Catherine. From our first contact, she was very responsive and friendly. She called us back right away and was able to explain some things that we needed clarification on. She was able to make appointments for us to see three houses on short notice, and even added an appointment for a fourth home while we were still touring. She gave us honest feedback about the homes and even pointed out some things that we hadn't thought about. She also gave us excellent recommendations for lenders who were great to work with. Catherine worked quickly to get an offer put together for us and we trusted her throughout the process. She also did not make us feel pressured at any point.
