Halstead at Spence Crossing

I have assisted some subcontractors in the construction of these properties and (in observation) I have seen the basic designs and materials that these structures are built with. However,I would NOT want the repair bill to any of these houses,once a major storm hits or when the maintenance warranties expire; knowing that good solid materials do NOT come standard on these structures. My house would HAVE to be custom built to "old school" quality standards for the purchase prices they want customers to pay.

Love being there at the place but the agent was not attentive to me she sent me off on my own and proceeded to tell the other customers about discounts and other promotions but did not tell me I over heard her conversation. Well I will not be buying from there

Person that greeted us treated us very poorly according to the way that we were dressed at dayit was a hot day we just came from the beach and we thought we were stopping take a look at some properties that we were interesting looking to sell our house and move in new property

New residential development. Townhomes most without garage or much exterior space. Nice community center/pool/gym area reminiscent of upscale apartment complexes.

Agents on site acted as though we needed loan approval before we got their full attention.
