They're in charge of Amsterdam walk, you can't be a patron here anymore and then walk your dog or you'll get booted. Mark was very unhelpful, they're doing a money grab against regular patrons.

Hunter Lucy/Halpern Enterprises are bad business. I have SEVERAL Clients and one in particular wanted to rent a storefront from the Shops at Belmont. I said: Hello. This property is for a client that I have that has a restaurant. My name is Gianina Martin and I am a licensed broker. They are asking for more information in regards to renting a space for food retail/restaurant. She said: Great! What kind of restaurant? I said: A general American cuisine restaurant with burgers, fries and etc She Said: Hi Nina, Unfortunately we are not looking to place an American/burger restaurant at this time. I said: Thank you. Can you please let me know what restaurants you are looking for please? She Said: We would be open to anything that doesn't overlap with the restaurants we currently have. I

I have been working with the Halpern group since 2022. Needless to say they have been absolutely amazing with our landlord/tenant relationship! Anytime we have been in need of repairs, maintenance, and service the group is super responsive and a pleasure to work with! Highly recommend working with Halpen and their team. 5/5 all day!

I emailed about leasing a unit for my within one of their strip malls. I spoke with Benjamin who was dismissive the first email when I told him about restaurant/bar. He said he didn’t have any units with kitchens so I went on researching other places for my business. My business partner and I decided we don’t need a kitchen and would just be catering food on weekends instead. This is going to be a cocktail bar not a club. It will be intimate and cozy with marble floors and a dress code for 30 yrs old and up. When I revisited Halpern enterprises, I emailed Benjamin again and got no response so I called and asked about the unit and the receptionist told me that a guy named Chris handled those units and transferred me to his line. Oh my. The receptionist has the nastiest attitude. Doesn't speak, doest even try to gather information properly before she's ready to transfer the call. Even before speaking with the agent, who handles the property? I was turned off. I'm glad it wasn't a fit for us. RUDE!
