The whole home buying experience has been wonderful! This is our very first home and we are so excited!! We are proud we went with Hakes brothers above all other builders and homesites we visited. Very personable, patient and absolutely beautiful homes. Not that the others weren't, HB just immediately felt like home to us and they had exactly what we were looking for, for us and our 2 young children! From the customer service, to the quality of home they build, Hakes Brothers has been top notch! Wendy & AJ made our first home purchase a breeze. Even the follow ups after closing have been greatly appreciated. We love our neighborhood and being out of the city. I'm so glad I stumbled into this neighborhood when I did! 2/17 - 6 Month Update: We still LOVE our home. AJ has been very responsive to any questions or concerns we've had since moving in. He's jumped on any issues we've had right away, and gotten them resolved very quickly (all minor issues so far!). I appreciate the dedication that AJ has and his willingness to do the right thing right away. I wish more builders cared about their product the way AJ & Hakes Brothers do.
