PEASE READ - BE AWARE! Do Not Trust Hagan & their Employees! No matter if you get things in writing, via email, etc, they do not honor it! Tommy (one of the owners) in my opinion is not easy to work with and may possibly have something against people of color. If you are a resident of Hagan, please be aware that the staff are discussing your personal business with other residents, as they discussed with me and I’m sure they discussed my personal business with other residents. Valerie (asset manager) has discussed terminating an employee of Hagan with me; very unprofessional. Valerie’s first interaction meeting me was drinking a glass of wine during office hours and she appeared to be a little tipsy in my opinion. Management is not concerned with residents. Their properties are all in good shape and they hire excellent landscaping companies. However when I addressed a concern with Megan (property management) she was quick to blow me off. She told me she has other things to attend to when our conversation via phone went longer than she liked, then she told me to have a good day and hung up on me. Leasing specialist were semi friendly but definitely did NOT do a good job of making you feel at home when you entered their office. I also had a mold issue that they claimed was taken care of. Come to find out it was not, they did a temporary fix then sold the property and the new management team (West Dale) ended up cleaning up their mess. My new jacket snagged as I brushed by a lamp post on the sidewalk outside Trader Joes in the St. Matthews Shopping center. I called Hagan Properties to tell them about the rough edge hazard on the lamp post. Michelle called me back that day, and told me maintenance checked and said that if there were a problem with the pole, it was designed that way, and isn't something that Hagan is responsible for. Sad and disappointed that is how that dialog ended. Would have hoped that they would have welcomed the feedback and maybe had some interest in fixing the hazard and maybe even address the damage to my jacket. But it felt like they were just quick to avoid blame or liability. The problem is still there you all.

The driver of a white 4x4 Ford F-150 truck with the name Hagan Properties on it swerved back and forth with their brights on behind me dangerously. Then, pulled into oncoming on a no passing road to go around me at dangerous speeds. Can’t imagine that bodes well for how this company operates.

This company was very rude. they put a sticker on my car while I was shopping at trader joes that said if my car was found on the property it was going to be towed away this is your last warning. I shop there at trader joes all the time and I will not be returning of fear that they will tow my car. I was parked in a nonhandicapped space and not in a towing zone. When I drove up to the guy puting stickers on peoples car he told me not to park my car on the property and cursed at me. I will be telling the city of St. Mattews about this issue.
