I am posting a 2 only because our land lord upgraded our stove. This company is average to terrible. I really did not have a bad experience with the company until it was time to receive my security deposit. I spent days cleaning the apartment…. days. Me and my spouse both agree that the apartment was cleaner when we left than when we entered. We received only a small portion of our deposit due to “dry wall repair, cleaning service, removal of possessions, light bulb.” There was 1 light bulb missing, the removal of possessions was cleaning out the back storage closet which was half full when we entered and we took all possessions when we left except my gifted cast iron set which miraculously disappeared after gulf south hired a cleaning company.
