Have lived in a property now for 3 years managed by Gulf Breeze. Never mind my professional experience given I manage ClassA properties here in SWFL in which has shown me the difference between GREAT and poor management BUT being a resident and seeing the lack of care and passion is truly disheartening. The conditions of the property has gone down hill over the years. There appears to be no oversight or management of contract services. Vendors need to be held accountable to provide the services paid for at a level of expectation that appear to be LOW with this company. One cannot blame the BOD as they’re volunteers BUT something has got to give. If only I had time to volunteer to the Board. First action of business would be to FIRE GB.

One Star, 1/1,000, do not recommend. They are incompetent to the point that they do not even know how to remove one email address from their mailing list. They have sent me private and confidential information for several members of Bonita Fairways and their management (including Aharon Weidner) do not care and refuse to correct their mistakes. DO NOT PATRONIZE. RUN FOR THE HILLS.

Would give 0 stars if possible. In our experience: Non-responsive, rude and dismissive, poor property maintenance, lack of assessment of conditions/costs in budgeting. Your experience may differ but we would not hire this firm.

Do not patronize this business! If you are an apartment complex who wants to secure property mgmnt svcs this place will surely piss off all of your tenants! At the request of my father , who recently passed away we have been trying to process a “simple” transfer of ownership to our uncle. They took our $ and sent us back the paperwork , unprocessed with no info. other than Lee county officials are incompetent and can’t do their jobs. We made a special trip to Florida to make this transfer happen and no one will respond to calls nor emails . We are in process of securing an atty to finish what they started. This place has bad reviews for a reason.

It’s amazing I can’t get an invoice mailed to me before the 25th of the month. They say we sent it to your email. News flash email and us mail are 2 separate things. When I got a late fee in August I received a letter in less than a week. And they say they mail them out the 15th. This company takes no responsibility at all.
