Her professionalism and warmth made the process smooth and stress-free. We were in and out in just 45 minutes — we truly loved working with her!

Awesome experience!! Heidi was full of positivity and worked late nights for our success. We were able to get our house the day before Thanksgiving to spend it in our nice house. Couldn't be more thankful for a wonderful team!!

We showed up on time, and everything had been sent over in advance to close. At closing, the agency said they didn't have the wire, which was sent 5 days prior, or the clear to close even when they were told there was the clear to close a few days prior AND they responded acknowledging it. Guardian Title did not have it together. Do not recommend.
