Groves at Mile Branch Apartments

LOVE LOVE LOVE ms.Dana, she helped me out so much, she is so nice and so genuine. overall a great & loving person! couldn’t have picked a better person to be over the Groves!

I move in the groves in December, Ms Dana the manager is always so kind and professional along with the maintenance staff. she is always polite and helpful and see too it the the property is safe .

The website states there is amenities like a clubhouse with kitchen, fitness center which are all always closed. They’ve closed the dog park. Says “on site management” yet it takes them 6 months too actually show up. Our microwave was broken for MONTHS and they FINALLY came and fixed it. NOW our washer and dryer are broken. These apartments are falling apart and they do not care for their tenants

The manager at the apartment complex Ms Dana is very professional & very helpful you call & put a work order in , no more than 2 days later maintenance at your door to fix it ! The manager is very helpful & respectful she’s very understanding and helps the best way she can ! The best manager at the complex !

I recently moved to the Groves and mile Branch Mrs.Dana made the transition from New Orleans to Covington so much easier she is a great manager who goes out of her way to assist new and old residence with any issues or concerns on the property, she take pride in the property. Mrs.Dana is by far a great manager
