Grove Pointe

Good place to live the apartment is nice . But the parking is trouble they are neighbors here that have upto 4 car's which take all the limited parking we have. And the trash has been a problem they are neighbors here that send the small children to throw out trash and can't reach so it adds up all over the ground.

It’s a very nice Community. It’s quiet my children enjoyed playing with the children there also. The maintenance as well is awesome they’re very responsive whenever I had any maintenance issues. I would recommend anyone to live at this community. It’s managed very well by the front office.

Reviews look wonderful! I have been trying for the last week to get in touch with someone at the office. I’m not able to stop by during the week due to my business hours, but I did stop by on the weekend as well as request a tour which I’m unable to do so through text. I’m very very interested in living here and I just would like some help on how to start that process.

Everything time I've needed something fix the maintenance man is here to fix the problem. Very respectful and trustworthy. The office is always glad to help me with what I need. Very responsible, friendly and good hearted personnel in this place. Thank you Kailein.

The office property manager is always very helpful with any questions and concerns. Happy with our apartment. Pleasant neighbors.
