We had an extremely smooth application and move-in process thanks to Samantha! She was incredibly helpful from start to finish, and always easy to reach whenever we had questions. Her accessibility and clear communication made the entire experience stress-free. We truly appreciated how seamless she made everything and couldn’t have asked for a better leasing experience.

Don’t waste your time trying to move here. They see uninterested in helping. Was told they would reach out to me and they never did. Went and looked at another town house down the road and was approved in less then 24 hours. Go checkout Balcara 301! Staff was awesome. They have 2 & 3 bedroom with specials going on. Per response: I had called 3 times a different time after that. The first two they declined it on the 2nd ring and the 3rd time after someone answered they said they would check the info I had sent and reach out to me. I had called in the morning waited all day and never received a call.

This morning I got locked out of my hub, which gets me into my house. I was sent a new code by text, like when I first moved in so I thought it was just to reset. But then later this afternoon, people came to my door saying that they were there to tour my apartment. My lease isn’t up for another few months and I have paid my rent every month on time and in full. Not sure if it was a mistake but there is no emergency contact line and even emergency maintenance you have to leave a voicemail. So I am in here now hoping someone from the office might see this sooner than Monday.

I toured the apartmentd with Sam and she was very nice. I also met the maintenance staff Yoanky while on tour and he seemed very knowledgeable of the community. Im excited to move in. Highly recommend

Do not recommend. I was denied for having severe late payment history and I've never heard of that when applying for any other place. Though my payments are caught up to date. Now they don't return calls after I pay the application fee and got denied.
