I just wanted to say thank you to the maintenance team. I have NEVER had an issue with them responding in a timely manner and assisting with getting whatever I needed done! If there has been an issue that may need a day or so because of an order, the team have always made an effort of keeping me up-to-date with their progress (and/or status). In fact, they provide information and instructions on what to look for should I ever have an issue with anything else. They deserve a review today because they have always been consistent and kind since the day I moved in over a year ago. The TWO of you know who are specifically. Again, thank you! I recently move to the area. I checked out these apartment. The price was competitive and the apartments are spacious. I love the closet space. What I like the most is that although I have a car, I literally can walk everywhere . There’s a Walmart, all kinds of places to eat. The staff was very knowledgeable about the area and they help in many ways. You guys rock. Thanks for your help.

This apartment was everything you can ask for in terms of customer service how they uphold the neighborhood and overall the friendliness I would advise to proceed with caution though because my apartment unfortunately ended up being infested with rat and mice, there was also some issues in the community with roaches. I haven’t personally experienced that so it may depend on the building.

Be prepared for cockroaches... I did ALOT of things to get rid of them. I no longer have that problem as severe as most. They add pest control fee to your rent but they don't have pest control stopping by regularly... Maintenance is wonderful and the staff is so kind. Ms. Betty comes through every time. The apt layout is nice. I'm here about tenants. Either it's due to the walls possibly thin, shared vents, I do not know but if you have people that smoke weed in the apt, it's comes through. 1505 smoke weed outside, in the morning before he go to work, afternoon and night. It's getting frustrating. Pray if you don't smoke that you aren't sharing the building with other smokers.

Living here is a peaceful and nice place, friendly management, friendly neighbors, within walking distance to stores!! They have the fastest approval process compared to any other appartment complex, and they make sure the appartment is clean upon move in! They also keep you up to date Via Email regarding what you may need to know as well as food and ice cream trucks!!! Great place for yourself, a couple, as well as a family.
