Vineyard Place Apartments

I lived here back in 2024 and always paid my rent on time but didn’t “ leave” the way they had liked because I got stranded in a different area but once I got things situated I applied for places out where I was located and they told personnel’s who reached out to them I wasn’t a good tenant simply because they didn’t like me. Which is crazy because it took yall a year to come fix my door that the neighbors kids kicked in two weeks after we moved in. I came to yall about noise complains that came from upstairs & tenants who still keep in touch told me it was an issue for the residents that had replaced me who also left due to unruly noise from upstairs. I applied for an Apartment at another complex that is managed by the ladies at Vineyard place, I must say I’m was so impressed by Sierra she gave me a tour of one of their apartments and she was so nice and a Pleasure to talk to, she was very professional as well as informative on any questions I asked her. Very positive and upbeat attitude she made me feel so comfortable talking to her. Wonderful person to have working for Vineyard place!

I’ve been a resident since February 2023, after the tornado caused my 2 daughters and I to move from Vineyard Creek. Maybe it was a blessing because I love Vineyard Place! It is so quiet and safe. The apartments are spacious and updated. I love the plentiful parking and the pool. The staff is so helpful, and they are so friendly with the kids. I’m so blessed and glad that we are here.

I've been a resident since 2017, six years. My neighbors have all been very nice and amicable. The office staff have always been exceptionally nice and helpful. They have always resolved problems with the apartment as quickly as possible. They are always trying to keep the gym and pool open as much as possible. They had problems with the trash compactor over the years, but worked diligently to resolve the problem by getting an open container. The grounds are kept clean and well manicured. In the front office, Nancy has been outstanding and awesome as a manager. She is very personable and always willing to listen and help resolve situations that arise. She has been kind and gracious, and exhibits real concern and empathy. I will be moving soon, but my time here at Vineyard Place has been an

Quiet place to live. They try to make sure the property is always clean. Pet friendly! They definitely are one of the best rental places I've ever rented from. Would rent from them again, if I ever move back to Georgia.
