I’ve been living here for almost a year and I love Greystone. I was originally living in section 8 housing and became ineligible once I became a student, and Lana helped me apply/get me approved for market side quickly so there wouldn’t be a hassle trying to find a new place to live. I have had great experiences with the maintenance team, and I’ve never had a problem. They have a dog park that my dog loves, and the neighbors are the best I’ve ever I’ve ever had. I also never hear noise from apartments next to me which is a bonus. The prices are great for the area as well. Update: 4 years later and my fiance and I built a house, so I said goodbye to Greystone! I can’t say enough good things about my time here. My experience applying to this apartment complex was extremely disappointing and unnecessarily stressful. What should have been a simple and straightforward process turned into several weeks of waiting, confusion, and excuses—when in reality, most application decisions should take less than 24 hours. From the start, I was met with a lack of transparency. The leasing staff seemed more interested in pushing me into a one-bedroom unit, even after I made it clear that I needed adequate space for my children. It felt like they were trying to fit me into what was convenient for them, not what was appropriate for my family’s needs. I don’t think I need to say this, but the reviews speak for themselves. We had to move out super early. You can’t count on maintenance to do anything useful (flooding apartment for a whole month and a half). Don’t count on the front office for anything, they will shut you down faster than you can ask why, and Nobody responds in a reasonable time, or even respectfully. Please please please read the reviews, I’ve seen it first hand and can confirm that these issues are pretty bad. For anyone looking for an apartment I can say for sure you may run into trouble. Apartments are OUTDATED for the price, yes very spacious but maintenance IS ALWAYS SHORT STAFFED!! I got excuses from the office staff that live on the premises about what was wrong with their apartment when calling for work in my own unit. I DO NOT RECOMMEND TO ANYONE!

Most the apt steps to the doors are cracked and crumbling... its no fun having to walk up a couple flights of stairs either so no elevator access etc for any handicaps. Accepts section 8, crowded lots, From your lame response, rest assure I have the correct apt community. Believe that. Ty
