Autumn Breeze Apartments

My husband and I absolutely love this apartment, not only is it spacious but offers so many nice amenities, including an enclosed dog area for our pup. The leasing staff is awesome, specifically William! He has been so helpful and accommodating. And he was super intentional with making sure we had absolutely everything we needed when we moved in and answered any questions we had. We love it!

One of the best aspects of this property is the maintenance team. They are consistently friendly and quick to respond to any issues. The apartments are updated and truly feel like home. While it’s not excessively noisy, you can hear some movement at times, which is to be expected in an apartment setting. Parking can be hit or miss some days you’re able to park right in front of your building, while other days it’s less convenient. Our only real disappointment after nearly a year of living here was not receiving the referral bonus after referring someone to live at the property, even after the stated 30 day period. Overall, the new management has been pleasant to work with, especially Nakita, who has been great.

Best walk through I’ve had. Place is super cool has lots of great amenities like a pet spa/shower, nice sized workout area, pool and grill area. I was shown around by Rhonda. I hope I spelled her name right. But I had a great personable appointment made it feel so homie. Might beat too few choices for my next move!
