Greenwich Village

I moved here in August 2024, one of my favorite apartments I’ve lived in so I decided to renew my lease another year. All my maintenance request were done pretty quick, my neighbors are cool and quiet I don't hear too much going on. My only wish was more doggy bag stations, I think that would help folks with picking up after their lil ones more.

Do NOT be fooled by the “good deals” here — this place is a nightmare. The management team is rude, dismissive, and completely unprofessional. They treat residents like walking dollar signs rather than actual people. Any issue you bring up is met with attitude or indifference. The environment is toxic, and the staff make it clear they don’t care about residents’ comfort or concerns — only your rent check. It’s always pet feces in every inch of grass and the entrances reeks of urine. Jerry’s office always reeks of CIGARETTES! Save yourself the stress and look elsewhere. There are plenty of communities that actually value and respect their tenants. Greenwich Village is absolutely not one of them.

I have been wanting to write a review for a long time about this apartment community, I finally decided to now that we're finally moving out. 1. I have to start out on a positive note, I am not one to ever write reviews but I felt like this was absolutely necessary. We absolutely love our apartment itself, we have had zero issues with our apartment (thank god.) But you have to deal with the type of people that live in this community. There are a lot of military families that live here but they're not the problem. A lot of partying/drug activity goes on especially when it's nice outside..good luck sleeping (especially for the working class, if you catch my drift.) On Wednesday July/09/2025 My son and I also his godmother toured the apartments in the neighborhood is quiet and the apartments are beautiful inside out. I love the pool and the beautiful gym. And I love how close it will be to the school he will be attending soon.

I have only praise for Steve, the leasing agent who helped us throughout the entire move in process and went above and beyond for us! 😊 Edit: I originally gave 5 stars because of Steve the leasing agent, but I am nearing the end of my rope. I have seen roaches every single day. Mind you, they are outdoor roaches (not the German indoor infestation kind) but I am really, really bothered by this especially since I have a terrible phobia of bugs.
