Greenway Park Apartments

A hidden gem! Started out renting with this company at a property by EMU’s campus, and this complex has been the perfect upgrade after graduating. Maintenance is always attentive, usually within hours of putting in a request. Only issue I’ve had was with the storage downstairs- people break through the chicken wire and run off with your stuff through the doors connecting neighboring buildings’ basements. If you don’t need the extra storage space you’ll like it here!

Great place when we moved in, Management is professional and timely with repairs. Their have been high turnover in my section due to unruly neighbors, whom don't pick up after a vicious dog (a so called therapy dog from puppy on). There is no dog's allowed in the complex but several exist. Fair experience they snow removal needs to improve at all their properties. Overall fair for the location and pricing. Again great maintenance.

Lived here for 2 years when I went to grad school at U of M and never had any problems! Maintenance was fast, and neighbors were super friendly.

Great place to live, i have been here for almost two years and rarely had any issues. I like: -The layout and space of my apartment. -Flexible options to pay your rent online or in person. -Maintenance staff are super friendly and professional and will NEVER enter the apartment without permission, plus they are SUPER quick unless busy. -Even the emergency maintenance line is super fast. -The manager is very nice and professional, as long as you show respect she will help you to the max. -Safe and clean inside out. I dislike: -Parking lots get really full from guests specially on weekends, and some tenants had their broke cars parked in the same spot for more than a year. -A little bit overpriced and they even keep raising the rent every year. I lived here for one year. Pros: Spacious apartments. Very ample closet space. Very responsive maintenance. Cons: This apartment complex is NOT SMOKE FREE (and this was not disclosed before I moved in), and the smoke from the hallways and other apartments WILL get into your apartment. They do not offer leases less than 1 year. When my lease was up, I informed them that I was looking to buy a house, but they did not offer month to month leases. Therefore, I had to sign a year lease and pay lease-break fees when I moved out. They also charged me, upon move out, for things that are normally wear and tear items: a ding in a door and holes in the drywall from nails and screws. Walls are paper thin.
