Lived here for 2.5 years. Maintenance was quick and did a good job responding to requests. Quiet neighborhood and the apartments are large. Office staff were also kind and helpful.

I truly would not recommend Greer Brier to anyone!!!!!! I just moved out after living there for 4 years. I’m sooooo lucky to have a new home now!! Office staff and maintenance: They’re extremely lazy, high turnover rates, and are just rude in general. They don’t pick up the phone. I would walk over to the office and there’s 3 staff sitting inside. When you put in a maintenance request, you have to call the office (because they don't answer) and talk to them in person about 3-5 times before anything happens. Or even worse, maintenance gaslights you and tells you that the problem is resolved but they didn’t actually fix anything so you keep having to call about the same issues for 6 months literally. This apartment is slightly cheaper than other places, which is compensated by old buildings, terrible maintenance, and all kinds of frauds. For example, they updated the rent payment system, which didn't allow me to pay the increased rent. Now they are charging me the rate fee. I am already worried about getting my security deposit after moving out. Just find somewhere else, this place is not worth the trouble.

Green Brier is home! I've bin living here for the pass 7 years. The office staff is very friendly, swift when it comes to fixing any issues, great location, affordable rent, very quiet, fun activities host by office staff yearly & well kept grounds I love living here.

My partner and I have been living here for a little under a year. Unfortunately, location is the only positive note about this place. You get one chance to accept a unit when they offer and that's it. We were placed near the highway, where the noise is very distracting. Upon move in, the carpet was filthy and in deplorable state. Walls are in poor shape, rubbing a damp cloth removes paint from it. Our bathtub has cracks from multiple layers of plaster being put over it, again and again and has started to peel in places. We asked about the possibility of getting the carpet replaced and were blown off. Maintenance requests take several days and much nagging for anything to be done.
