Our first visit to the beautiful Grand Park took place in December 2024, and we were instantly captivated by the community. Michaela Stamm kindly gave us two tours of the property and listened as we shared our hope to make Grand Park our home within a year. We bought a villa in Grand Park one year ago. Aaron Solari was the superstar who sold us on the community and villa. We moved in July so i feel comfortable now giving my review. Yes i had a home inspection done ,yes of course there were items on our fix list. Yes all our issues were taken care of. Aaron was such an asset from start to finish.Quick to respond during the heady pre closing days and beyond. Greg was construction manager ,equally responsive after inspection and walk thru and check list. Love walking in this beautiful neighborhood. This is my first time living in a villa and i love it. Mikaila was great! She was able to take the “stress” out of a very stressful process. Always upbeat and willing to help. She has a great personality and was great to work with.
