Grace Property Managment

First few months were good up until me and my husband realized our house was in a bad slope so our yard always got flooded and when mowers came they just made it worse, I have constantly asked for help from the Grace property management group to help fix the problem. A year goes by and the only help we’ve had was our awesome maintenance man Isaac. Krystal the assistant manager blatantly lied to my husband saying she’s never heard of this before and it was the first time hearing about it, her forgetting that I have text message proof of her telling me that it was going to be fixed and that it will get handled. Please do not move here or sign any lease with Grace Property Management. When we moved out we cleaned the whole house and made sure it looked like how when we moved in. Krystal and Kathy deducted $400 from our security deposit for “cleaning and maintenance of property”. I asked for an itemized list of what they had to do and Kathy, the property manager, couldn’t even give me an answer because she didn’t know. She told me to come back because Krystal, the assistant manager, was on vacation. How do you not have access to your own documents? They will scam you out of your deposit and lie and say they had to repair cracks and holes in the floor, when there was none when we moved out. They had to “wash the walls” and apparently all of that was $400? I asked to see photos for proof and Krystal

I'm sitting here in front of the chiropractor office and a lady that works with y'all is smoking right in front of the door. She is supposed to be 20 ft from the door while smoking. Do better. Smh

They Started off fairly Well and then all of a Sudden this place became one of the Worse companies that I have ever rented from Please Stay Away you have been Warned!!
