Gourley Building

The Gourley building is one of downtown Sioux Falls' many historic treasures. This building is over 150 years old and used to be a John Deere distribution plant. Many of the original features, including the freight elevators and original hardwood flooring, still exist and add to the ambiance. The first floor has a events hall and a decent restaurant and bar along with some local businesses. The second floor supports other local businesses and some law offices. The third floor houses nine luxury lofts that are each different in their own ways. There's a public patio for everyone and the views are spectacular!

We had a great stay. The loft could really use a full length mirror . I'm sure that many guests are there to get ready for weddings. A great part of staying here , is the location ! There are wonderful shops and eating locations just steps away.
