Gospel Gardens

I don’t even live there and I know it’s a horrible place. However, I did live in two lane in the 80s and I saw so many horrible things. I don’t care how you dress up those apartments that look like motels those evil spirits will always linger.. And as I read the comments, I see much has not changed😥

Very clean & nice. I ABSOLUTELY Love the staff! They made sure all my needs was meet before I moved in & afterwards. Very secure, somebody is always watching & i love that for kids!

My mom and I visited Gospel Garden looking for my mom a place. Were met with the manager Tina Lottie, was very pleasant and very professional. Explained their accommodations. Did not have any thing at this that fit my mom's needs. We will keep in touch. A man I believe J Michael came also an employee. Very pleasant. I was impressed with the maintaining of the office. Would be very comfortable with a family member living there.

I been living here maybe a year a little over , very bad place to live one of the property mangers got fired for stealing money , now it’s a new property manger and she has a very nasty attitude! No professionalism at all ! They never fix anything! My air was out the hole summer now I have mold in my apartment that they won’t fix and so many other issues , the maintenance men never do they job very flirtatious with every girl lives over here I need help moving real soon I can’t take it no more !

I had a very pleasant experience dealing with leadership team of the property as a vendor. I believe the person who engaged with me was Ms. Tina as I was offering my services.
