If I could give this apartment complex 0 stars and move out while getting my money back, I absolutely would. This has been one of the most frustrating and disappointing rental experiences I’ve ever had, and I would never recommend anyone do business with this property. I transferred to a smaller unit within the same complex, and when I moved out, they charged me $100 to “clean” my sink and countertops. The issue? There were literally a few tiny specs on the countertop and a few strands of hair in the bathroom sink. That’s it. Charging $100 for something that clearly falls under normal wear and basic cleaning is ridiculous and feels like nothing more than a cash grab. I lived here for 14 months and I CAN say the floorplans are decent, and the area is desireable... The customer service and staff leave a lot to be desired. From unanswered maintenance requests to the locked leasing office during business hours it seemed like there was no help after you sign the lease.

I did not even live at this complex, but feel it’s appropriate for a review. I emailed several times and got no response from Brenda. I finally called and was able to tour. Brenda was late for the tour time, was unprepared, and was “joking” about loosing a time card. The tour was nice and I actually enjoyed the units, to which I applied for the unit I saw fit for my needs/wants. However, Brenda stated she would email me post tour to “thank me” for coming in but I never received an email. I sent a follow up email and still did not receive any communication, nearly a week later. I applied for the unit I wished to lease and was not given any explanation on what happened with the process after I submitted my $50 application fee, as I see now the unit I applied for is back on the available unit

I can’t express enough DO NOT MOVE HERE. Extremely overpriced for the quality. I have lived in 4 different apartment complexes and this is by far the worst. They worry about everything except what they need to be worried about. They spend time and money remodeling and landscaping the outside while the inside is outdated and busted. The trash piles up every week and leaves a trail at the dumpster. My packages get stolen and I report it and they have no cameras anywhere. Bugs are everywhere including breezeways and inside the homes. I have large brown spiders in my room and I’m one of the cleanest people you would ever meet. I’ve never had the problems I have here, elsewhere. There’s no parking EVER and if there is, you have to walk a mile to your unit. The kind of people that live here do t

7/20/23- Moved in yesterday, first impressions will update as time goes on. Been a smooth process from the beginning. Helpful staff. Apartment was clean, everything works. I don’t really hear any neighbors around me besides typical apartment noise. I’m 3rd floor on a corner so I’m sure that’s working in my favor. It’s 9:00 pm and I see 2 parking spots available near my building and probably another 4-5 a little bit further. There are plenty reserved spots available for purchase near my building if you don’t want to search for a spot just pay the monthly fee. It’s inconvenient for guest to park out front but I rather have that then not be able to find a spot. Grounds are well kept and clean, grass is mowed, no trash in the parking lot. Overall pretty good so far!
