Gibson St apartments

If I could give this place zero stars I would. Let's talk about the apartment first, I only got to meet the Landlord who owns the apartments once and that was when I came to look at E7 in April of 2023. It's a one bed one bath for two adults seems like it can be do able, first problem we had for MONTHS before anything was actually done about it. But one of our burners didn't work and it wasn't until August that Kim the landlord finally got a new oven put in to my apartment and thank god she finally did something about it because the oven she had first place in here would've caught on fire if we kept on using. I say this because when maintenance came to look at it almost caught on fire while he was working on it. The next problem we had was our ac unit was flooding the inside of the apartme

There was drugs stashed in the mattress. I seen a slit on the side and decided to get a closer look, and i found a ziplock bag of what seemed to be marijuana. My sheets also smelt like fish. Horrible service.
