Be careful when using this company especially when buying a piece of land on the Orange Grove They will lie to about what you can do on the property and right a shady contract and scam you out of $20,000 down payment make sure you do your research on the property before you buy it

This company has gone downhill. I’ve done business there over the years, now they don’t even call you back. I wouldn’t do business with them if I were you.
