Gibson

I lived at the Gibson for 14 months between June 2023 - August 2024 and would have stayed longer if circumstances in my life had allowed it. The building amenities were great and the property management is excellent. Amelia and Vincent, especially, go above and beyond to get to know you and make it a great place to live! The maintenance team is also super friendly and helpful! The common areas get cleaned very regularly and it’s easy to request maintenance for your unit either online or by asking one of the property managers who are on site daily. Aside from, maybe, the train tracks the location is super ideal—close to everything but tucked away from the main drag just enough to not have to deal with weekend bar noise. We’ve lived at Gibson for a little less than a year…and it’s absolutely amazing! Our apartment is very nice - extremely spacious, quiet and up-to-date. Everyone who works here is so friendly, but we first interacted with Amelia who made us feel like this would be an awesome home (she was right)! I’d recommend living here if you’re looking for an apartment not quite in the action of downtown but still with many nearby restaurants and things to do.

The Gibson has been amazing. Edwin and Norbert have been the highlight of our time here. They're always right on top of maintenance requests and always greet us with a smile and ask us how we're doing when we see them around the building. Chelsea and Amelia were great to work with while we were signing our lease and are always quick to check in on how things are going when we see them around, too. The building is fantastic and the amenities are great – we'd highly recommend the Gibson to anyone considering living here!

Lived in Gibson for 14 months and moved out recently. The leasing and mantainance team are sensational - Amelia, Edwin, and Norbert make sure all residents are kept happy. Mantainance requests are addressed very quickly and the leasing team is very helpful and flexible. The building is in a really nice and wakable area, it is kept very clean, and has cool resident events. Would 100% recommend!

Had such a great leasing/move-in experience because of Chelsea and the team! I moved in about a month ago, and everyone has been so helpful in answering my questions. Chelsea, especially, was so flexible in helping find the best unit for me. I have been loving Gibson so far!
