Georgian Woods

Sharita is an amazing leasing agent. She is always helpful and makes sure that anything you need done gets done. She is very knowledgeable on the units and has a GREAT spirit. The apartments are very cozy and the neighbors are nice. Everyone is practically to themselves and only come out for work, shopping, or a walk. It is overall a great place to stay. I've had absolutely no problems.

My time at Georgian Woods has been nothing short of delightful and perfect. Even before I moved in, Ms. Sharita in the office was welcoming and made me feel comfortable moving to a new place. She immediately showed me an apartment and made it so I could move in the next day! Anytime I needed help, they were always quick to fix what was wrong or help guide me as needed. I am so grateful to have this as my first experience living on my own. I don’t know what I would do without them!!!

Brace yourself! I moved into Georgian Woods back in July of 2022. I just recently moved out on August 1st, 2023. I was so excited to be moving to Midtown for only $1068.00 dollars. Sharita who is the leasing office manager is a wonderful person with a beautiful spirit! She goes over and beyond as it pertains to her job. She will make sure that you have everything that you need and quickly. The maintenance team is wonderful as well. They will come fix whatever it is that needs to be fixed quickly. The only downfall about the maintenance team is that they only work during office hours so if something happens to your apartment you'll have to wait which always isn't the best thing. I hate that these apartments did not have washer and dryer connections which means you'll be tugging clothes all

This is a really nice apartment complex. If you want to walk your dog or play with your dog outside there is plenty of room to do such. The management here is really friendly. They really work hard to make sure that this place looks great all year round and that you as the tenant are taken care of. This is one of the nicer apartments that I have stayed in. I highly recommend this to any type of people. There is a lot of families here, as a college students. So whatever your circumstances you will fit in. This is a very active little apartment community, you will be able to make a lot of new friends here.

There are two things that I don’t like about Georgian Woods. 1) people that do not live here, throw their trash in our dumpster. 2) residents don’t pick up their dog poop. Other than these two things, I love the apartment complex
