This team has been great to work with! We have had opportunities to work with hem on numerous projects and they are so good at communicating and making sure that the associations wellbeing is top of mind.

Horrible to do business with. Our HOA moved over from a competitor in 2021. The neighborhood welcome packets were not address correctly, auto-pay was not setup correctly and they allowed our HOA insurance policy to lapse causing a large increase (they did pay the HOA the difference). When addressed in the last HOA meeting (I was not present, but read the notes by one of their associates), they stated they feel we should look elsewhere for services. Being a business-owner myself, if I was the owner of this company, I would wonder how many neighborhoods have these issues and how people feel about my business.

Overall my experience has been very good with a very good approach to being responsive. The most worrisome part area of concern has revolved around the transitions what have been associated with switching of accounting systems or the association's management tools. These seemed to be inadequately planned out and properly prepared to insure a seamless transition for the residence of the association.

I bought My Home here in March 2023, the office management here sucks, I put in a maintenance request by calling the office at 10:37 AM on 18 August is now 19 August 1:20 AM. I have called emergency maintenance seven times and the problem was supposed to be fixed before the office closed Friday with a pipe, completely busted under my kitchen sink they went home for the weekend with a maintenance request in. I called the after hours seven times, they were supposed to call supervisors and higher-ups. Still no response from nowhere but as soon as I take this plumbing, price tag, and deducted from my HOA fee, then it’s going to be a problem. My next report will be to the Better Business Bureau because they’re taking all this money and not doing a damn thing for I’ve called the office four time
