Denise is very unprofessional, rude, vile, disrespectful. It's 2024 and you would have thought with everything everyone is going through in this world, that bullying would be the last thing that crosses anyones mind. However, bullying is her forte. With such a putrid personality, and demeanor I'm surprised some as incompetent as herself can manage property. STAY AWAY

Denise is a terrible human being. She’s rude, a bully and very disrespectful. She should be ashamed with herself on how treats her tenants.

The property manager is so rude and unprofessional it's terrible the way she talks to people is so unbelievable she held my paperwork for a month and never processed it never sent anything to housing then had the nerve to deny my application that I sent I sent all my paperwork to her 2/15/24 and haven't heard from them since she said she never got my pet information it's all on my application I wouldn't refer a homeless person to rent property from them it's definitely a SCAM

I've been working with them for 5 months so far. As a first time renter, they had no problem holding my hand and walking me through the process. I'm very happy.
