Professional staff in the office. I am still waiting for an operational oven. Currently, I am unable to use the two burners in the rear left and the middle burner. The light in the oven doesn't work at all. I can use the other there burners and yes, I use those three burners. The kitchen sink faucet needs to be corked and safely secured so when running water it does not drip down into the base of the sink causing an issue that can be avoided now. Properties are very pleasant, clean and most of all they are secure. Overall I love Gazivoda Realty Co Inc.

These people work very poorly, they let the tenants live, damaging their property. They rent a one-room apartment to two people and the tenants build more rooms, put more people in an apartment, there are about 10 of them, sorry, it's absurd. There's a lot of noise, this building is ugly, and I don't recommend it as a home.

Slumlords ! Just like her brother! Left an elderly disabled woman without a refrigerator for two weeks and a half ! And since Aug of 2022,4 defective stoves !
