My experience at The Gatsby has been excellent from the start. The application process was smooth, every question my partner and I had was answered quickly, and the move-in experience made us feel immediately part of the community. The building is always clean, quiet, and welcoming, and the gym, pool, and other amenities are consistently well maintained. We love our apartment and the location—it’s close enough to walk to all the fun downtown spots, yet tucked away in a neighborhood that still feels peaceful. It’s really the best of both worlds. I’d also be remiss not to mention the staff, who are genuinely one of the highlights of living here. Liv and Tim (along with the rest of the team) go out of their way to take care of residents and the building. It might sound corny, but every time

I am a current resident and very disappointed with the management of this building. THE ELEVATORS ARE ALWAYS BROKEN! Today, two of the three elevators are broken. This makes navigation for those with disabilities almost impossible. The situation is well known by management, who consistently writes mass messages blaming the residents for the problem. If you love taking the stairs up six flights on a regular basis, this might be a good building for you. For those of us who live here currently - our patience is running thin.

UPDATE: I had a previous post about elevators, break ins, and staff. It appears the company has seen the reviews of residents and have now began renovations on the elevators and have fixed the buttons. I’m not happy it took a year and a half but it is better than nothing. There are still break ins which is not the most comfortable feeling, and it seems much of that responsibility is on the residents not letting people piggy back so not sure how easy that will be to resolve. As for the staff, they have since increased communication to staff via emails, which is greatly appreciated. I also received an email from the community director for follow up on my concerns.

I lived there for a year (almost). I couldn’t extend the lease since I had to relocate to the East Coast. Whatever I will say won’t be enough. The apartment is very clean, the management is prompt and helpful, everyone is so well behaved. The views both from the courtyard and rooftop are breathtaking. I love Gatsby!! ♥️

We just renewed our lease with Gatsby apartments this year. Our experience here has been wonderful - all of the staff are great at their jobs, always helpful, polite, and willing to go the extra mile to help out! The building and apartments themselves are very modern and well made, we rarely have issues with anything, and when we do maintenance is very quick to resolve the problem. Would highly recommend living here!
