Beautiful building but upkeep is horrible... slow or no.response to repair request... almost impossible to get intouch with management or anyone.. nice play area for the the kids but they definitely will have to put up with the weed smell coming from the bench beside the playground... if it wasn't for this one guy, the place would smell and look like a landfill. They have cameras all over.. MY QUESTION IS FOR WHAT? if there's somewhere else you could live, PLEASE DO... it's not worth the headaches. February 6th, 2024: Management has gone ghost again. How are we supposed to get a replacement key or even renew our lease now? Management here is ridiculous when they are here, but now there's none. Can't nobody handle this job? I heard it was micro management, the reason why no one stays on
Nice place. I'm hoping and praying to have an apartment there in the next two weeks.
Never feel safe when I have to visit here.
Apartments need to be updated.
