Gardena Royale Apartments

Worse building ever. I was Locked inside for 30 minutes, their gates have no sensors to detect exiting vehicles.

Not rent controlled and they go up on their prices every chance they get. management sucks, parking sucks, and people break into the parking garage but management not responsible for it. the laundry room charges you more then the laundry matt and your clothes still isn't cleaned correctly,. RENT AT YOUR OWN RISK

Lived here for 5 years, counted down every day like it was a prison

Managers are awful! They are very bias when it comes to things certain People can and can't do! Stupidest thing I heard was I couldn't get my card flat tire changed in my parking stall it had to be pushed out the property to get changed! But yet the manger and their ppl have cars worked on alllllll the time! These people are rude, nasty, arrogant, and just plain unprofessional! I loved the apartment and the rent but why bother when you ha e people like this runningnit!! No thank you stay away

Apartments are very old, managers won’t fix anything. Managers give priority to certain people. Apartments are not how they look on the pictures from other websites.
