Westland @ El Segundo

The apartments are very nice and modern on the inside. When I moved here, I was pleasantly surprised by how well-maintained they are. The on-site manager, Miss Maya, is amazing. She ensures that the community remains clean and tidy and keeps everyone informed with updated messages throughout the day. We never have to wonder about the cleanliness of the community. The messages are always clear and concise, available in both English and Spanish, reminding residents to follow community rules while providing information about community events. Every encounter with Miss Maya has been very professional. Her willingness and openness to manage this community with integrity, professionalism, and empathy have not gone unnoticed. Maya, the manager of the building is Awesome 👌 👏. Maya, is always professional and very caring every time I have interaction with her. Whether it is via text or a phone call. I appreciate Maya very much. Maya, keeps the building areas clean and she keeps the community informed of all things necessary to be I formed about (inspection and help to keep the community clean). It's fantastic how she sends the text messages in English and Spanish...Awesome. Thank you Maya, for all that you do. You are appreciated. She’s always so kind, attentive, and responsive to any questions or concerns I have regarding the apartment complex. Maya is a stellar property manager who addresses questions and maintenance concerns with urgency and care. She’s welcoming, and I’ve personally witnessed how her efforts have significantly improved both the function and atmosphere of the apartments. Her kindness and bubbly personality make interactions with her a pleasure!

I came to see one of the units, and had a really great experience with the property manager, Maya. She answered all of my questions thoroughly and really made me feel comfortable, as a lot of managers tend to pressure you into making a decision. She understands how important it is to let potential residents feel at ease.
