Gables At Stone Ridge

Looks like new management are improving the property. The complex looks cleaner, rents are affordable, the interior unit renovations look really nice with granite countertops and vinyl flooring. They are also adding a playground for the kids, can't wait since I have 2 girls. And good lighting.

Cheap (for Louisville), but you get what you pay for. REALLY thin walls that cause you to hear anything neighbors do, even if it's 3am. The parking sucks and I often come home from work (night shift) to no spaces available or a very tight squeeze between two riding-the-line cars. There's pretty much always trash present on the property though the garbage truck seems to be doing a great job as there is always at least one near-empty dumpster. Probably doesn't need to be said, but with it being renting and not actual ownership, the company is prone to forcing every penny out of you they can

If I could give this place zero stars I would . The back of the building and the playground is filled with Dog feces and they don't take care of it . If you are trying to move in to this place , stay away as far as possible ! Update : I have lived here for about a year and some changed and finally moved out but if you can find a better place stay as far way from this complex as you can ! Some of the residents are so filthy that they don't pick up after their own dog . They have a playground but it's pointless to go there because there is dog feces everywhere there . Also property management company is VERY shady, if you don't know your tenant rights they will take advantage. I dodged that bullet because they couldn't try that with me .

Living here now…These apartments are not affordable for 1000 a month then they add unexpected water charges to my account. Of $120,There no playground for the kids there no place to put one. Don’t be fool by the owner comment below. There multiple apartments empty because there expensive and not affordable and these apartments are not worth it. The new owners milking us out Run Run Run.

There seem to be mixed reviews for this apartment, but I've seen nothing but improvements since the new management has taken over. Great complex with lots of new improvements.
