The only reason this place doesn't receive zero stars is that the maintenance crew back in '22 was actually polite and efficient—though I truly hope they’ve moved on from that outfit—but the office staff is running a masterclass in arrogance and absurdity. They pulled a classic bait-and-switch, promising to drop our reletting fee to $200 if we found a new tenant. However, when we did the legwork and brought them qualified people, they slapped us with the full $400 charge anyway, simply because they performed the physical showing. Their logic is truly twisted: we find the tenant, but because they had to stand up and unlock the door—you know, their literal job description—they decided the deal was off. Dirty vents: Mold in vents...bad for you and kids. 2. 100% path work and Zero maintenance culture. Apartments are basically crumbling. Mostly carryout patchwork or have a poor servicing plan. 3. Move-in Advice: Ask them to clean/disinfect the bathrooms/kitchens before you move in...blood, decayed food, hair, nails, blood splatter, and other organic matter are not hygienic. Moving out: you will loose some of your deposits. Clean before you move in; trust me. 4. One person manages the whole establishment = poor communication and documentation... 5. Carpets/walls are NEVER cleaned neither before nor after moving out...unless the t

Since moving into apartment، I've been very disappointed with the condition of the unit and the lack of response from management. The apartment was not cleaned prior to my arrival, and more importantly, the toilet was broken. Despite my multiple calls to the office, no one has come to address this issue.

I like their deposit policy, and Michelle in the office is amazing to work with, but I had to take away 2 stars because: 1 - they allow smoking in all apartments and duplexes. Be sure to ask about that BEFORE you move in. I'm allergic to smoke, so I may have to actually move before my lease is up. 2 - the actual owner of my unit (not Furman maintenance) is horrible about getting maintenance done. 2 months after I move in and I'm still waiting for a toilet to be replaced & a window that is leaking water all over the basement to be replaced. While I would recommend Michelle, I don't know that I'd rent there again because of the smoking & the owner of the unit.

Furman Realty has been a great place to rent from! Anytime I’ve had a issue or needed something done they send out maintenance within the week. Or sooner when it’s urgent. All the maintenance crew have been super nice and helpful and always do a great job! The office staff have all been friendly and do a great job of follow up with me when needed.
