I have done business with this company many times, but they have grown too big, & do not have enough help. The people who work there are understaffed, but very nice, however, the company's computer systems are always down. I don't think it's the individuals working there, as much as the company as forgotten what customer service means. Trying to grow & save money at the same time, has not worked well for this company. I would hope they try to revive their once good reputation.

I have used many different title companies over the years but this was by far the worst experience I have ever had. It was hard to speak with the same person twice and no one seemed to know the status of their work on our case. They failed to meet dates committed to and often failed to follow through on conversations. We provided them with a new survey and they still printed closing documents with the old description. They failed to inform the buyer of a need for payment by Cashier's Check...fortunately we were able to wire the money but that could have cost us another day or another trip. I felt that their legal department in Tyler took advantage of the seller with their charges for work on her behalf poorly done. We have had a horrible experience with this title company. We closed with them over a year ago. They called us after closing and said that they made an error and needed more money. We are just now getting the updated forms from that transaction. We have beenon the phone with them trying to figure out what they did with our money. They have been u clear what happened. The people that are helping now are nice but this is such a huge error that I just can't recommend using this company.

I will never go back to this company! They changed extra and did less work from another company u used before. Thus one was closer, buy never again. I'll travel to Rockwall for better service! They were nice and sweet but that doesn't get the job dine!
