I can say with 100% certainty that Eilliot and Waldronnis one of the best Title companies in Canton if not the premiere location. I have used them to close a total of 5 times throughout the past decade. They specialize in Luxury and high dollar properties and they have earned my trust fully. Whether your a future farm owner or regular Joe, Elliot Waldron is the way to go. Great people all around.

The most unprofessional title company I have ever dealt with. They do not do anything in a timely manner. Customers are their lowest priority and money is the ONLY priority. Their staff does not communicate or appear to know how to do anything in their field. I would suggest using anyone else but them! I will NEVER again use this disastrous business for anything EVER!

Paid all my stuff, they said they will mail my deed when they get it. Called 1 week later they said it will be 60 days before they ship it out or I can come get it!? I don't see the point in using them honestly. Not happy. Why can't you mail it when I paid all this money in a TIMELY matter.......?

Staff was great and knowledgeable. I’ve done title work in two different offices in Canton and this is best place I’ve experienced so far.
