Frances Apartments

I have loved my experience at Frances so far. I am a post grad student and have now lived at Frances for 3 months. There's not much I don't like about the building. I have an underground parking spot with easy and secure access. The locking system on the apartment doors is great too. I have a 1 bed 1 bath that is a little under 500 sq ft, but I do have a balcony. For just me living there, it is great space. All the appliances are new. Maintenance is great and very friendly. They have made conversation with me and even remember my name and say hi in passing. Maintenance requests have gone through very quickly for me as well. Utilities are a fixed rate, which is honestly nice because I don't feel as bad adjusting the temperature in my apartment or things like that. Heat and A/C works great

A friend of mine lives here. Any time I have been over the amenity spaces are so clean. The roof deck view is a phenomenal view of downtown!

I really enjoyed my time at Frances. The building is fairly new and kept clean. I saw maintenance or cleaners in the building daily. The staff at Frances were very friendly and knew me at least by name. Service requests or general questions were always answered in a quick and friendly manner. I would recommend Frances to anyone that is looking for a newer and quieter place to live

My friend is moving into Frances in July and I went with him to tour! The building is impeccably clean and the management team were so friendly through the entire process! I cannot wait to take my dog Frannie to visit him and enjoy the AMAZING rooftop they have! They are so pet friendly that they allow pets on the roof to enjoy the incredible views! 5 Stars all around!

I have absolutely loved living at the Frances - the property is always clean/well maintained. Maintenance is quick with repairs and management is very kind and responsive. I also appreciate all the safety features (elevators requiring a key after a certain time, secure garage & package room). It’s in a great location as well - close to bars/restaurants/parks and just a short scooter ride to downtown.
