Foxmoor Apartments

Lived here for three years, overpriced and outdated. Leasing agents move through the office so fast that they can't do the job properly. The Shower in the apartment above leaked, and they ran an industrial-sized dehumidifier for three months to fix it. They refused to supplement the electric bill when it went up an extra $300 a month. Moving out, I was charged many different, odd, outrageous fees ($25 to clean a microwave?) Just one more way they can squeeze every dollar out of you.

We moved here in 2021 and because of time restraints and being out of state, we could not see the unit before signing the lease or getting the keys. So we had to put our trust in the management team and they really did go above and beyond for us. We had issues with our rental insurance and they were able to work things out on my behalf so things could be done as soon as possible. We lived here for 3 years, the property is very nice, it is well taken care of and the units are very clean and nice. I cannot say enough good things about the maintenance team. They address any issue super fast and really care about the residents! We had an issue where a pipe was leaking in the wall and was causing mold and they came in treated it, put a dehumidifier in, opened the wall, replaced everything, and

I lived in Foxmoor apartments for three years from 2014 to 2017. I loved living in these apartments. The apartment had a great view of the creek and had easy access to the bicycle path. The amenities are awesome. I frequently used the pool and workout room. I hosted two parties in the community room, and it is a great space. The staff and management are great and very organized. They were always available when I called and were very friendly. They could always answer all my questions. I received most of my security deposit back. I was charged $125 for carpet cleaning as well as two months of water and sewer. I was sad to move and would recommend this apartment to anyone.

Great place to live - very friendly staff, and amenities are great ( 2 outdoor pools and an indoor pool/ spa, movie theater and gym). Property is very well up kept and neighbors are quiet. Also very fast to respond to maintenance request. I was very pleased how much I got back for my deposit. As long as you follow the paper they give you, and keep the apartment in good shape, they will give you most of your deposit back - basic carpet cleaning fees. Would not hesitate to look for an apartment here if I moved back! my stay was great!

Foxmoor Apartments have been a great experience for our family. The property is well kept, cleaning crew does a great job inside the apartment hallways, the pool and hot tub is a treat at the end of a long day. Maintenance is quick to resolve any questions or concerns.
