Fox Hollow Apartments

Honestly not a great experience. The ceiling in the bathroom caved in due to extreme amounts of water from the upstairs neighbors. If you're ground level you have neighbors pouring dirty mop water from their patio down into yours. The lease you sign is just a suggestion since they don't actually act on anything that breaks the lease. There were Fires in the trash and laundry room. Laundry had dryers so bad other residents stopped the dryer and threw out our clothes! Emailed resident services after calling manager which she was no help and neither was the company. Cleaned the apartment but they still kept the deposit and quoted me prices for years ago that wasn't even relevant to my apartment. They also claimed we didn't clean the patio area when we swept but they have gardeners come every

DO NOT STAY HERE!! I am a travel nurse and I'm a great tenant who pays rent promptly and do not bother management unless absolutely necessary. First off there was a rack missing from the refrigerator that was never replaced after contacting the office TWICE! Next, my certified mail was given to another tenant to give to me that i did not receive until i inquired about it. There reason for giving it to her was "because I worked with her"! Wow! Lastly they only returned $40 of my deposit out of $500. I'm currently in the process of seeking legal attention against them concerning the matter. Adela, the manager, is very rude and nasty! I hope you all take heed to this review and many others. I did not look at the reviews before moving there because it was recommended by a coworker, but I staye

The staff at Fox Hollow Apartments were friendly and helped me get setup in my apartment on everyday that I needed something upgraded. The apartments are well taken care of, there's no crime in this apartment complex, and the people living here are friendly. Sabrina the Office Manager enjoys talking with tenants and she is available every weekday. There are two foremans who help fix things and the complex has an emergency line. I enjoy the workout room and laundry center. There's easy access right around the corner to great food restaurants, grocery stores and all of your personal needs.

Adela is so sweet when you first arrive. But she can be moody to straight up rude with no heart. She will also do anything she can to make sure you don't get a deposit back along with you getting a huge bill. Simply put, they need a new manager.

I’m only giving this place 1 star because I HAVE to rate it. I will have the say the maintenance workers are very nice and helpful, however Adela the on site manager is a sad pathetic excuse for a human. She lacks empathy and doesn’t take ownership of her wrong doings. She entered our residence with out the 24 hour notice, and on top of that had the audacity to verbally mistreat my mother. I have never in my years have met such a disgusting despot human being.
