Newcomb Court Apartments

Newcomb Street Court Apartments is a nice and well-kept place to live. The area is clean and doesn’t feel messy, and the environment is calm and comfortable. The property is taken care of, and overall it feels safe and welcoming. From my experience, it’s a nice place because they have a pool and a playground for kids. I also been living here for 8 or 7 years and I never had a problem in my apartment.

Sad these apartments being so nice need some serious changes. Like loud tenants, rowdy families should be reprimanded to change their ways or pay the consequences. People dumping trash in parking lot, and in bushes. Just 😔 sad. Ruins it for the good ones.

Comfortable housing and swimming and picnic area barbeques and wonderful people and a designated smoking area

Quite, affordable, one of the best Apt in the city.
