Kent answered all of my questions on the phone. He was very informative and easy to talk to. He explained the application process, and navigated me to the online portal. I can tell that Four Winds is a company that cares about their clients and takes genuine interest in each individual that calls. It's been a great experience so far, thank you Kent and Four Winds.

I have nothing but great things to say about Rhonda and her company. She has been my property manager for several years. She’s a straight shooter, very responsive and a pleasure to work with. I have also referred her to friends and associates and they too have been pleased. Her staff and her maintenance crew are pleasant and effective. If you are looking for a property manager Four Winds Realty and Rhonda, in my view, would be your best choice.

Tried to rent a house through them, they have no problem taking $80 for application but are hard to reach afterwards. Rhonda would not answer her phone after they charge your money. Do not recommend.
