Country Hills Apartments

Quiet apartment complex with beautiful trees and landscape. Grounds are keeped very clean, with their landscape design you almost fell like your uphigh in the mountains and full of trees. On top of all that they're a low income based housing.

Not a good place to live. Laundry rooms are never fully operable and vehicles are repeatedly vandalized and stolen. The owner/management does NOTHING to fix these issues and continues to raise the rent. Another “great” offer here is the shutting off of the water for hours at a time and never with any sort of notice. Advice: if u move in test for black mold. Every unit that I know of has untreated water damage in the walls.

One star, because I can't give it zero. The security is quite bad too, there has been many robberies and crimes around this zone, quite a lot, its troublesome!! But the maintanience is pretty good, and so it most of the staff!

It's Gotham and please believe the negative reviews because it's not a lie do not move here the gate doesn't work and has been broken forever the homeless lives here and gets into the dumpster the neighbors are hella loud i would not recommend this place

“WARNING”! This is a slum lord property.. Too many people play there loud rap music @5 am in the morning or smoking weed outside in the parking lot like if it was a 711 convient store, this also is a very dangerous apartment complex as the police told me “they get most of the calls from Country Hills apartments.” The rent goes up $50 every year and as they stated “ If it ain’t broke, we do not fix it.” So don’t expect any repairs unless it’s your air condintoner. They also let in meth heads and other low class people in the building that don’t respect their neighbor’s because there is no working security gate so that allows outside homeless people to sleep inside the trash dumpster. Country Hills will let other people park in their reserved parking space after they been charged $25 fee aft
